We proudly source our ingredients locally, using non-GMO, sustainable materials, and implement carbon-neutral practices whenever possible. Our spent grains are provided to local farmers as free animal feed, and we recycle cooling waters back into our mash units, reducing waste and conserving resources.
All of our products are gluten-free and created with care using cutting-edge equipment. Our main still is computer-controlled, ensuring consistency and precision, while our PID/PLC-controlled systems maximize energy efficiency. But technology alone doesn’t define us—it’s our dedication to crafting small batches that makes the difference. Each step of the process is carefully monitored, from the meticulously balanced grain bills to fermentation tracking every 15 minutes, and hands-on distillation oversight. This attention to detail ensures every barrel meets our high standards.
